Order Cancellation Policy

At Highroller Kicks, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellation Timeframe: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours after placing it, with a cancellation fee of $5 applied. This fee is necessary to cover administrative tasks and transaction fees involved in order management.

2. Cancellation Charges: A cancellation fee of $15 will be applied for orders canceled after the initial 24-hour window. This fee is necessary to cover processing and restocking costs incurred by our team. Once an order has been shipped out, it cannot be canceled.

3. Requesting Cancellation: To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at  highrollerkicks.care@gmail.com

Please include your order number and reason for cancellation in your request.

4. Refunds: If your cancellation request is made immediately after placing the order, a $5 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. For cancellations made after the initial 24-hour window, the $15 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Once an order has been shipped out, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. Exceptions: Certain items, such as personalized or made-to-order items, may not be eligible for cancellation after the initial 24-hour window. Please reach out to our customer support team for assistance in such cases.
